Haimo America, Inc. was established in October, 2012, with its offices in Houston, Texas, USA. It is an Integrated Energy Company, devoted to investments in the Oil & Gas industry across America.
Haimo Oil & Gas LLC (hereinafter referred to as Haimo Oil & Gas), incorporated in 2012, is an independent E&P company and wholly owned by Haimo America, Inc. Being an operator, we actively engage in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of oil and gas from resource plays located across the United States. Our current operations are principally focused in proven, producing oil and gas shale primarily in the Niobrara Formation in Colorado, and the Wolfcamp / Cline reserves in the Permian Basin. As of September 2014, we have about 13,000 net acres of oil and gas leases in the United States. We will continue to pursue the exploitation and development opportunities in the most prospective oil and gas regions across the country.
Entered into a Joint Operating Agreement with independent E&P company Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRZO) on October, 2012, acquiring 14.2857% working interest of their Niobrara shale oil & gas properties in DJ Basin, Colorado with about 6000 net acreage. In doing so, we became the first private public listed Chinese company to invest in the upstream unconventional oil & gas exploration & production sector in the USA.
Certified as an Oil & Gas operator in Texas by RAILROAD COMMISSION OF TEXAS on July, 2013.
Acquired 100% working interest of about 1100 acres of oil & gas leases in the Permian basin, Texas in September, 2013.
Initiated the drilling of our first appraisal well in the Permian Basin in May, 2014.
As an equity partner, participated in the drilling activities for 111 horizontal wells operated by Carrizo, and 110 horizontal wells operated by Whiting Oil & Gas and Noble Energy in Niobrara by June, 2014.
Acquired 100% working interest of about 5700 acres oil & gas leases in the Permian Basin in August, 2014.
